Lead Site Manager, Office Online, Microsoft Corporation
Led a team of site managers for the U.S. Office Online Homepage, Downloads, Assistance, product/server portals, with over 50M unique users a month. Daily publishing, established editorial policies for the Office Online network, ran the editorial calendar, programmed campaigns, performed metrics analysis, and managed many stakeholders across the company from marketing, product teams, site development, program management, user assistance, branding, and international. Led the Office 12 redesign team for Office Online and worked with design, PM, Dev, and Test to deliver next-generation features, tools, and information architecture.

Designed and launched two major Web sites with aggressive development cycles: a subscription-based media database for advertising professionals, and a consumer portal for watching and rating television ads, built with Oracle and Java servlets. Hired development, editorial, and production teams and personally oversaw all aspects of development, production, and management including product design, hosting solutions and hardware architecture, metadata acquisition, video encoding, content delivery, user interface and graphic design, programming, editorial content and publishing, budgeting, scheduling. Director of the award-winning “FishBar” series, which appeared on MTV’s Cartoon Sushi and Sundance. Animator and director of over 30 animated episodes for the Web.
